08hanging

So i decided to go back to school this year and finally finish off high school. I am doing media this year and we had to do a photography assignment. A series of 10 photos on a subject of your choice. I decided it would be cool if i could try and tell a story using only one part of the body. I settled on feet and decided to try and tell the story of a boy and girl meeting, falling in love (or so the girl thinks), breaking up and her deciding the only solution is suicide (im a dark guy!).

They are all mine or my girlfriends feet.

This one was a hard shot because of lighting and shadows causing problems, also i had nothing to hold her up to make it look like she was hanging. What we did in the end was take a few photos and slice them together and then used photoshop for shadowing and the like. I think it came out pretty realistic!
